I hope that my travels and the experiences that I write about will be enjoyable for you to share in. As I am writing this, I am one week away from boarding a plane (from Des Moines to Atlanta to Amsterdam to Kigali, if you were wondering). So, I welcome you all to my little blog, entitled “I Said I Would Blog” because, well, I said I would blog. Already I have written a couple posts about my upcoming semester and included a couple pictures that I found on the world wide web to help you better understand where I am going.
My goals for this blog revolve around sharing my journey in the world with those that mean the world to me. I do not know how periodically I will be able to write, but I hope to keep everyone updated as much as possible.
