If you are reading this, you have been directed to my blog in some way. Thanks for clicking the link. I hope that my travels and the experiences that I write about will be enjoyable for you to share in. As I am writing this, I am one week away from boarding a plane (from Des Moines to Atlanta to Amsterdam to Kigali, if you were wondering). So, I welcome you all to my little blog, entitled “I Said I Would Blog” because, well, I said I would blog. Already I have written a couple posts about my upcoming semester and included a couple pictures that I found on the world wide web to help you better understand where I am going.

My goals for this blog revolve around sharing my journey in the world with those that mean the world to me. I do not know how periodically I will be able to write, but I hope to keep everyone updated as much as possible. Feel free to share this blog with anyone that you feel would enjoy reading it and don’t hesitate to reach out to me on other online platforms (email or Facebook, preferably).Thank you all so much for your support as I embark on this semester of a lifetime.

  1. Don’t be polite…BITE IN! Pick it up with your fingers and lick the juice that may run down your chin. It is ready and ripe now. Whenever you are.

Wishing you all the best! Take Wing! Stacy!

  2. Ben, you are a gifted writer. I am grateful Mike shared this link with me . I will so enjoy following your journey. We cover you in prayers of safety and abundant blessings!

  3. From one Mr. Beaver to another, I say through oddly formed front teeth, enjoy, peel away, discover, learn, explore, experience and continue to grow. Look forward to living vicariously through your posts! Keep gnawing 🙂
